DETAILS
A new region of Colombia in your cup, every month. Twelve months. Twelve regions. One country with the most diverse coffee terroir on earth. Each shipment is a single-origin Colombian coffee — roasted to order, sealed in a kraft bag with a square stamp showing the region you're getting this month.
Pick your plan
Two bag sizes: 12 oz (340 g) for individual drinkers, 16 oz (454 g) for households that go through it faster. One bag or two per shipment — same coffee, double the supply. Choose Whole Beans if you have a grinder (stays freshest longest) or Ground for drip and pour-over. Set your frequency at checkout — every 2 weeks, monthly, or every 2 months. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
What's in the box
- One single-origin Colombian coffee — sourced direct from farms we know personally, never a commodity blend.
- The region of the month sealed on the bag — a square stamp identifying that month's origin, with the farm's altitude, varietal, and processing method.
- Tasting notes & brewing guide — what to look for in the cup, recommended grind size, water temperature, and brew ratio for the coffee in your shipment.
- Free US shipping on subscription orders. 30-day money-back guarantee on your first box.
The 12 regions on the tour
Huila — Bright, citric, fruity. Colombia's most-awarded region. Volcanic soils, slow ripening, the cup that put Colombian specialty on the map.
Nariño — Sweet, balanced, herbal. Grown above 2,000 meters near the Ecuadorian border — among the highest-altitude coffees in the world.
Antioquia — Chocolate, full body, balanced. The classic Colombian profile from the department around Medellín.
Tolima — Caramel, nutty, sweet. Volcanic soils from the Nevado del Tolima. Underrated and rising fast.
Cauca — Citric, herbal, bright. High-altitude indigenous farms in the southwest. One of the most distinctive cups in Colombia.
Santander — Chocolate, low acidity, full body. The oldest coffee region in Colombia, going back to the 1700s.
Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta — Complex, unique terroir. Indigenous Arhuaco-grown coffee on the world's highest coastal mountain range. Nothing else tastes like it.
Quindío — Classic Colombian profile. Heart of the UNESCO Coffee Cultural Landscape. The cup that defines what people picture when they think "Colombian coffee."
Valle del Cauca — Sweet, balanced, smooth. Pacific coast influence adds a soft salinity you won't find inland.
Risaralda — Floral, jasmine, honey. Eje Cafetero heart, traditional methods, generational farms.
Caldas — Honey, sweet, medium body. Manizales is home to Cenicafé — Colombia's coffee research institute. The most technically advanced farms in the country.
Boyacá — Complex, experimental. Closest to Bogotá, the new wave of Colombian specialty coffee — anaerobic fermentation, Geisha plantings, unconventional profiles.
Why direct from Colombia matters
Most "Colombian coffee" sold in the US passes through three or four hands: exporter, importer, broker, roaster. By the time it reaches you, the farmer has been paid the smallest cut and the coffee is months past its roast date. We work direct with Colombian growers and roast in small batches in the US — which means three things: fresher coffee, more money to the farmer, and a verifiable story. When the stamp on your bag says the coffee came from a 1,800-meter farm in Huila, it's because we know the farm.
Frequently asked questions
How does the subscription work?
Pick your grind (Whole Beans or Ground), bag size (12 oz or 16 oz), quantity (1 bag or 2), and frequency (every 2 weeks, monthly, or every 2 months). We roast and ship within 48 hours of your order — and the next box arrives on the cadence you set.
What if I don't like a region's coffee?
30-day money-back guarantee on your first box. After that, you can skip a region you've already tried, swap to a different bag size, or cancel without fees from your account.
Is the coffee freshly roasted?
Yes. Every bag is roasted to order in small batches and shipped within a few days of roasting. The roast date is on the bag.
Can I lock in a favorite region instead of rotating?
Yes. After your first shipment, you can lock any single region as a recurring pick from your account.
12 oz or 16 oz — which should I pick?
12 oz lasts a single drinker about 2–3 weeks at average pace. 16 oz lasts a couple about the same time, or a single drinker closer to a month. If you brew daily and don't want to run out between shipments, go 16 oz — or switch to the 2-bag plan.
Whole Beans or Ground — which should I pick?
Whole Beans stays freshest longest and gives you the best cup, but you need a grinder. Ground is medium grind, suitable for drip coffee makers and pour-over methods.
Where does the coffee ship from?
Our Miami warehouse. US orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days. Free shipping on subscriptions.
Can I gift the subscription?
Yes. Choose 3, 6, or 12 months as a gift at checkout — the recipient gets the regional bag stamps, tasting notes, and the full tour.
