The beans are 100% Latin American Arabica, taken to a darker roast than Tradicional and ground fine for fast extraction via greca or drip. Vacuum-sealed at roasting to protect the aroma until opened. Brew strong, around 2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water, and store in an airtight container away from heat and light once opened.
