Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship coffee orders within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3-7 business days after order processing.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. All international shipments are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) / Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Customer Responsibilities for International Orders

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and fees charged by your country
  • Customs clearance procedures required in your destination country
  • Hiring customs brokers or agents if required by your country's import regulations
  • Import permits, licenses, or registrations required for coffee or food products in your country
  • Compliance with all local import laws and regulations
  • Any storage, holding, or processing fees charged by carriers or customs authorities
  • Refusal or abandonment consequences - if you refuse delivery or cannot complete customs clearance, you forfeit the order and no refund will be issued

Important Country-Specific Requirements

Mexico: Coffee imports may require formal customs entry, importer registration (RFC), customs broker services, and additional permits. Standard courier delivery may not be available. Customers are solely responsible for all requirements and costs.

Spain & European Union: All shipments are subject to EU customs regulations, EORI numbers may be required, and VAT/duties apply. Coffee products may require additional food import documentation.

Other Countries: Import requirements vary significantly. Research your country's regulations for coffee/food imports before ordering.

  • Import permits, licenses, or registrations

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. International shipping fees cover transportation to your country only - they do not include customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic: 3-7 business days after shipment
International: 7-21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing times. Delays due to customs inspections, documentation requirements, or local regulations are beyond our control.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For international orders, tracking may show "held by customs" or similar status - this means you must contact the carrier or customs authority in your country to complete clearance.

Undeliverable Packages & Refunds

If your international package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
  • Inability to meet import requirements (permits, brokers, registrations)
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Restrictions on coffee imports in your country

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • If the package is returned to us, we will refund the product cost only (minus a 20% restocking fee)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable as the service was provided
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable - contact your customs authority for duty recovery procedures
  • If the package is destroyed, abandoned, or seized by customs, no refund will be issued
  • Return shipping costs to send the package back to us are your responsibility

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once shipped, our international refund policy above applies.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are responsible for packages until they reach your country's customs authority. Once in customs or out for local delivery, claims must be filed with the carrier. We will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments when applicable.

Recommendations for International Customers

Before placing an international order, we strongly recommend:

  • Research your country's import requirements for coffee products
  • Verify whether you need an import license, customs broker, or special permits
  • Understand the duties and taxes you'll be required to pay
  • Ensure you can receive commercial shipments at your delivery address
  • Consider whether the total cost (product + shipping + duties + clearance fees) is acceptable

Questions?

If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We cannot guarantee that coffee can be imported to all countries via standard courier services.
