Amongst the mountains of the Coffee Belt a humble family of coffee growers has kept long traditions from many years devoted to coffee, lovingly farming the land and our elder’s heritage for over six generations.
Currently our company is involved in the whole coffee chain: farming, wet and dry coffee commercialization throughout the country, mill facility, exports and coffee roasting.
Café Símbolo works with 100% Colombian Arabic coffee, grown between 5000 and 5400 feet above sea level. Being high grown, the cup of this coffee yields exquisite flavor and special characteristics to awaken your senses and allow you to feel through your senses the true experience of our coffee origins.

my ratings are usually tops for your co. and the negative comment is a minor one. usually notified about my arrival date for my coffee, but had to send a message asking for one this time. small oversite that is not repeated I hope. especially this time of year when temperatures are very warm. but, coffee is great as usual!!
Sello Rojo coffee is great, smooth taste just the right amount of bitterness
recently tried this Colombian Classic Roast Coffee (Traditional), and it’s a solid everyday coffee. The flavor is well-balanced, with a mild richness that isn’t too strong or bitter.
What I like most is that it’s easy to drink—great for mornings or throughout the day without feeling too heavy. for a traditional Colombian roast, it delivers exactly what you expect: a reliable, enjoyable cup.
